Im new to the board. I have what some may call a "debilitating and/or chronic" disease approved by the state's department of health. I've been disabled for over three years now.

I have taken a medical marijuana derivitive recommended by a Doctor as the drugs being prescribed were "bad for you."

I am currently in touch with some coop opportunities around the state and am looking for support.

Its good to see someone else who has the same interests and is doing something about it. Someone once told me that they didn't know much about me other than that I had a marijuana plant in my closet.

I was getting herbs when I was just a teen. I caught onto what was going on before I got busted though. Nonetheless I still had to suffer judgement. I went to court to argue the medication.

Some people think prison hospitals are just to get better. I think their main purpose is to get justice.

I feel like I have found justice. Now I am looking to do something with it. I said that I would use medical marijuana or I would argue the medication in court. Its only fair that I use medical marijuana.

Unfortunately its such a huge problem. I am trying to find that I can do this thing legally - but that is itself a cop out I think. People should be able to do what they want to. As long as it is in reason. Right?

I just thought maybe there was a connection finding you and also contacting these co-ops in the same stint. I am dying for a helping hand. I am just happy to see that you are growing actually. I don't know if you will be interested in doing anything new. I don't even think about the new law thats trying to be passed.

All I know is that you could have the potential to be an awesome help with one of these coops if you were so inclined. Which seems to be a pain.

I am just on the edge and I figured it would be good to get in touch with someone who was actually in touch with what I was reaching out for.

Also Im in the same state which is cool.

It takes a long time they say to find help around here on any site or legally or anything but you seem like you are the light.

I just wish we could find a way for you to hook up with one of these coops even in name and help a medical patient. Since you are doing it anyway you could definitely help. That's just some thoughts.

Also on the other hand, since you are doing it anyway why would you need to reach out and confuse and possiblye ruin a good thing? Well I don't think it would ruin your good thing! I think Im a good thing too.

If you could help me that would be amazing. If it actually could work out.

Anyway you are the third person I have made a connection with concerning this. I also offered a proposal to two other people but it did not work out.

I know this is most importantly about growing and strictly growing. I don't want to make it any less fun for you! So don't worry if this comes out wrong from my side. Please, don't fret! Smoke

The thing is that when we help others we get better ourselves.

I am not doing this 100% for myself. Believe me.

If I was doing it for myself I would probably not care about the medicine.

That is why if I can find someone that cares about the medicine then that in turn helps both of us. It helps me be of benefit to others.

I admire that you have actually put the effort in for this.

No sane person would ask for help from a marijuana grower on a cannabis site. So don't worry! I could even say Im not really asking for help. If that makes you feel better. I will tell you why I would say Im not really asking for help. If I was really asking for help then I would have said "I am asking for help."

Hopefully this is of benefit.

I guess a part of me expects someone to sit with me and smoke a big joint, and teach me how to garden. That would be amazing. But I have to have the big joint myself to be able to do this. And also for it to actually work out it seems there has to be different approaches to the same method. Like different takes and laws that we can work with. That is what I am considering here. Different approaches to things that will help make a better mind and body. When there is a better mind and body there is a better world. That is why it is worth it.

Hello island- I'm an oldtimer from CT via Boston and spent planty of time in the great state of Maine. Due to the hassles of hooking up I am considering growing a few plants for myself. Just me and the cool wife at home and I have a dedicated room that I plan on utilizing.
What do you do with the weed you grow are you allowed to sell it to dispensaries? Is that why you call it Med mj? Is Medical mj sold in Maine?
