My dripper set up ok?

I went ahead and put my miserable, dying seedlings into my drip system. 3 are still alive and 1 of the 3 has green leaves still. Lol FML!! I added quarter strength GH nutes and 3 drops of superthrive. PH at 5.7 and ppm is 254 ish. I also add 3 tbsp of 3% peroxide a day. I have the rockwool cubes surrounded by washed hydroton and the drippers drip probably once every second or 2, is that ok? The rockwool looks wet all the time. The quad band led 90w ufo is about a foot and a half above the seedlings. Temps are in check now, well a lot better. Low about 78 and high is at most 86 with humidity of 35 to 45%

Cant wait to get my northern lights in and start them.
