Dilution Method Works for Me - Science Prevails
Just want to say thanks guys, I passed a very important (pre-employment type) piss test today with 3 days notice. I had been smoking daily up until that point. I used the dilution method as detailed in the sticky.
The most important things were that I stopped smoking, diluted below the test threshold, and took lots of multivitamins to color my piss. I showed up in a nice shirt and tie and tried to look very professional. I do not think that they did any dilution / adulteration test on my sample, probably because it was very yellow and I didn't look shifty. Just in case, I had been creatine loading for 2 days, took aspirin this morning, and was drinking gatorade with some salt and eating Rolaids to try to raise the specific gravity of my sample. I can't really say if any of those things worked.
SCIENCE TRIUMPHS! I used my chemistry and biology knowledge and read everything I could about how to beat this thing. I had some fake piss in reserve just in case I pissed dirty on my at-home test before heading to the testing facility, but I had some information that they might ask me to keep the door open / listen and I decided dilution was a safer bet than substitution in this case. I actually achieved my first negative on an at-home test only 48 hours after I stopped smoking. By the way, I am about 20 lbs overweight. Can't say it will work for everyone, but it worked for me!

Labs certified by the DHHS will perform integrity checks on urine samples regardless of the appearance of you, or the sample.

Hey Bizzy...What lab did you go to and did they observe you? Employment testing is supposed to be an unobserved collection unless specified by the employer or a court order.
