IS this plant a late bloomer?

Hello america, iv'e been gorwing this baby for the entire summer with my tiny self watering pot, fought of nasty spider mights recently, chopped off the male which was growing right next to this one when i discoverd ther massive balls growing from every angle aprox. (same size.)

What I'm realy asking is if any one could help indentify if this is for sure a female plant, it's my first plant and from what I read this seems like a female, and if they are female how long till they start budding, i live in NYC and fall is around the corner, but as a first time grower my brain may decieve me from the over enjoyment.
