Ph level of run-off....

Hey guys,
I was checking Ph levels of run-off today and had a few variations. What r your thoughts? To high, to low, okay, perfect? What do I need to do to adjust if necessary?

All of my girls are in FF soil with a heavy mixture of perlite added, and I am following the FF feeding schedule using all FF nutes. I occasionally add SeaPlex about once a week, and use Molasses on non-nute days. All plants are under a 400w HPS. ( I am using a digital Ph pen to get readings)


Big Bud: 30 days of 12/12: 5.7 runoff
(large fan leaves are dark green but a little "claw-like")

Great White: 30 days of 12/12: 5.8 runoff

3 sour diesels: 20 days of 12/12: all 6.8 runoff

I also have 3 mothers, Big Bud, Great White, and SFV: 6.5-6.8 runoff

You shoudl be looking for runoff in the high-6 range, like from 6.7-6.9 for soil.
Claw leaves can be a few things, the most common being rootbound plants and too much nitrogen. Make sure you;ve got about a gallon of available root space per foot of plant stem.

What is the correct way to bring the Ph levels up?

The plant with the leaves "clawing" must be getting to much nitrogen...its in a 3 gallon container and its maybe a foot tall...I cant imagine it being root bound!? I will cut back on the nitrogen and watch her...

If you're using only a fertilizer meant for bloom, you should not have too much N to begin with. Are you custom mixing?

Thanks for your help. I am only following the fox farm feeding schedule...week 7 & 8 require Grow Big (6-4-4) in addition to the Tiger Bloom and Big Bloom. Is it possible that the Ph levels are that low because of the recent nitrogen boost? I flushed a good amount of water through yesterday as I was checking Ph levels...I will test again next week to see if the Ph balanced back out.
I will for sure check out the soil flushing post...
