So I've been wondering the best time to work out after eating food. Should I wait an hour or so, or do it before? Or am I just being stupid and thinking about it too much. Either way if you have an opinion feel free to express it.

So I've been wondering the best time to work out after eating food. Should I wait an hour or so, or do it before? Or am I just being stupid and thinking about it too much. Either way if you have an opinion feel free to express it.
It is a good idea to eat about an hour before a workout so there will be no cramping and eat asap after your workout.
