I'm worried!

Alright. I landed a job on Sunday. I was interviewed on Tuesday, drug tested on wednesday.

I'm a male, about 6'1, 130 lbs., don't exercise (although i occasionally hike up a mountain near me), have a very fast metabolism, and have been smoking almost every day for not even 2 months. I do not smoke ALOT when I do.

I took a pee test at Quest on wednesday. I last time i smoked was when i got called, which was on sunday. Between sunday and wednesday i drank water, drank these "cranergy" drinks, and some vitamins.

I'm worried that i will fail. The test was a 5-50 W/Nit.

Do you think i'm good? When i peed in the cup, it was kindof a neon-greenish color.

About how long until i receive my results?

Read the dilution sticky next time you need to do this. Drinking water days before does absolutely nothing to help you pass the test, as thc is stored in your fat cells. Did you drink water before your test? How many times did you urinate before? I need to know that before I can give you an idea. If the facility you went to tests for adulteration, you most likely failed by dilution. The two things they check to see if your sample is diluted are the creatinine levels and the SG (specific gravity). Creatinine is the metabolite of Creatine, which breaks down in the muslces. It takes 2-3 days for this to happen, so taking a bunch of vitamins the day of will do nothing. Creatine monohydrate is reccomended because it doesn't absorb very well, therefore alot of the byproduct is wasted in the urine. A low creatinine level (under 20) tell them you diluted your urine or used a substitute that wasn't human. The specific gravity is low when you dilute with water, which is another dead giveaway that you diluted. To combat this, dilute with a sports drink (powerade or gatorade). The electrolytes will raise the specific gravity to a normal level. Your "cleansing drinks" will do nothing for you unless they only test to see if the thc is in your system, and you can get the same effect by just drinking water. (BIG WASTE OF MONEY)

Yes, i drank quite a bit of water days, hours, and even minutes before my test. Not sure how many times i urinated, but it was alot.
