Oaksterdam University???

I have some questions about Oaksterdam University.
Do you receive a diploma of some kind when you graduate?
If you want to open a dispensary,is this the best place to go?
How many people actually attend the school?

you get a cert say oaksterdam. if you know nothing it will teach you something. they offer a bunch of classes and when i went by they were full 30-40 people i would say per class. check out there website what they say is what you get
