Need Advice

Hi, this is my first time posting and am really happy to have found this wonderful resource.

I know my question is similar to many on these boards but this test is really important for me so I'd rather post with my specific circumstances.

I'll be doing a urine test in 8-10 days and I smoked yesterday. I'm a heavy smoker. I am 6'2" and 192 pounds. Leading up to D-Day I was planning on working out/running up until 2 days before the test and then follow the dilution sticky. What kind of odds am I looking at to pass?

If the odds are long I suppose I will either buy quickfix or use a friends urine. Before the test can I just have a friend piss in the shampoo bottle, wipe it down, then head over to get the test done and follow the sub? Frankly I am pretty nervous about subbing. Will i definitely have privacy while I "pee"? I live in New Jersey if that makes a diff

Is the ua for pre employment? If it is you will not be observed.

I have a final interview and upon receiving an offer, (a friend is interviewing me) that day or the next I have 48 hours to go to a urine lab and piss in a cup.

You will not be observed if its for pre employment. You should consider subbing since you do not have a lot of time before the ua for a heavy smoker. You can buy some home tests and see if you come up clean following the dillution method. You may or may not but you should test youself to see.

personally, I would go for the sub. I was a 15+ years smoker, and 15 days clean going with dilution was barely passing home tests.

I had my test today, and used QuickFix 4.0 for my pre-employment UA.

I dont know the results, but I weighed my options and decieded to go with the sub. I feel I made the right choice, and it wasnt as hard as I thought/

When in doubt, sub it out!

I think I'm going to sub. So I just have my buddy piss in the condom/shampoo bottle for me then I can stick in under my boys and follow the sub sticky? Almost sounds too easy.

Also, I've been practicing with water and the temp is in the 95-96 range. Is this too cold?

Just came back from labcorp and subbed without a problem. Was in and out in 5 minutes. I unscrewed the bottle and poured it into the cup while I was peeing to cover up any possible noise.
