Spider mites. Isopropyl(sp.) alcohol in a spray bottle to the bottom of the leaves. You might freak out and think the spray is killing your plants if you put too much, its just a slight burn, it doesnt get any worse or better. If that doesnt work, get some neem oil. They sell it at hempdepot.
Even staright water will slow them down. I use a pest strip called HotShot during veg to kill them. Dish soap or neem oil mix works good. 1 tbls of dish soap or neem oil per gallon every 3 or 4 days will work good.
The only way I was able to get rid of spider mites after months of slowing them down then them coming back was bomb the whole closet plants, and all with a d-con fogger. That finally fucked em up. Good ole nazis, and their war gas.
Don't smoke anything you gas though, just the buds that grow after if you havent sexed yet.
