3 weeks and passed home test

Ok, so as some of the regulars on this forum know i have a urine test coming up and have decided to take the safe route and abstain (which isnt a totally bad idea since im starting grad school and it wouldnt hurt to clear my head a little bit). I was bugging out a little bit because i'm giving myself about 40 days and had read that it could take an everyday smoker up to and exceeding 60 days to clean out. Well today is day 21 and i decided to take a mid-day test without dilution, just drinking normal fluids. and guess what I friggin' passed. So i have about two more weeks till the UA and am gonna stay clean till then. a few days before the test im gonna see if i pass with my first void of the day. It just goes to show that everyone is different with metabolizing toxins.

Im 5'10' weigh around 155 give or take 5 pounds. dont have much body fat could say i have a little pooch in the belly area. Work at a restaurant 5 days a week so im always on the move. I also do an hour of resistance training 5 days a week and drink a good amount of fluids (kitchens can get hot in the summer). My smoking habits were on the chronic side. Id roll a doob and smoke it throughout the day. then at night id blaze a blunt with the lady. about 4 years of smoking everyday.

You are so right, every body is different when it comes to ridding themsleves of thc. I was a daily smoker for 1 1/2 years and I passed my ua with 25 days of abstinence, diet and exercise. With dillution I was passing home tests at about 14 days. I would suggest a mild dillute the day of your ua with no more than 40 oz. of gatorade just to be on the safe side.

Insomnia, can you give me a better description on how to do a mild dilute? Should I load up on creatine? Still over load on the b12? How many voids? Any info you have would help. I don't want to have a negative dilute as a result.

Anytime you do any dilution technique, even mild, you always load on creatine 3 days before the test. Lowered creatinine levels will result in a "diluted" ruling.

If youre trying to restore color to your urine, the vitamin to use is B2 (Riboflavin). Not B12.
