I too was a bit unsure if Quick Fix would really work, but in the end (after much deliberation) I decided that it would indeed be my best option. I followed the directions and passed.
The sample was given at a local collection site and the MRO or Lab was Quest. I walked in, signed in and waited with the sample in my boxer-briefs. The technician came out and took me into her office to fill out and initial the documents I had been given. She told me to put the contents of my pockets into a lock box and to keep the key. I was never searched and the technician didn't even watch what I was doing. She told me I had to fill the cup just above the top of the temperature strip. One bottle of Quick Fix was enough. I went into the bathroom, turned on the light/fan. Poured my bottle of Quick Fix in the cup and pissed in the toilet. I then walked out, handed her the sample, washed my hands, and got my crap out of the lock box and left.
I will use quick fix for every urinalysis I have from here on out. If you cannot follow the directions provided and pass a urinalysis with Quick Fix, I'm not sure that a prospective employer should hire you. The only thing you even need to e concerned with is the temperature and again, it's super easy to keep the sample in range.
Thank you again to all the people that posted in this forum. You definitely provided information that made my life a whole lot easier. I hope that my experience and results will help out at least one person.
