smoking and growing in a school zone with your mmj is still legal right?? or is this concidered a "grey area" with the law ?? it would b like sumone with a valium or morphine perscription living accrost the street from a highschool. and yes i understand we dont have a perscripition just a recomendation, so just curious.

I did a bunch of searching and could only find talk about selling of cannabis near school districts. If you are within 1,000 ft. of a school, then your penalties for selling would dramatically increase. Nothing about mmj usage near schools.

You would probibly want to contact the Colorado Department of Health and Environment. They would be able to answer your questions clearly. Also get a good attorney or lawyer.
