I need an educated opinion on this adulteration test result! (pics attatched)

I decided to start practicing dilution again because I'm expecting a drug test in the next week, and still can't seem to get my creatinine levels up high enough. I took 8 (a little over 5 grams) capsules of creatine monohydrate for the last 3 days. I diluted with a total of 48 oz of gatorade. I attached 2 pictures of the test strip comparing the color to 10 and 20mg/dL. The creatinine panel is the top panel. Would this result raise suspicion? To me, its between the 2 and I know under 20 is supposed to be a fail by dilution. The THC test I took with this came out negative, and all the other values on the adulteration test are normal, so would this still be considered being clean? The drug test will be for a job in health care, so I'm guessing they would use pretty strict standards.

:( I tested again with my next urine and now its very obviously under 10. What can I do?! Maybe the creatine I bought is bad or something, I bought it really cheap at walmart. The brand is Weider. Does anyone know of a brand that has been proven to work?

Have you been taking your creatine supps 3 days before your adulterant tests?

Creatine needs 2-3 days to metabolize into creatinine. So taking creatine supps on the day of test, or the day before, would be useless.

yes....i know that...I started taking them 3 days ago, I mentioned that in my post. I started on Wednesday morning...I don't know how to get real answers out of anyone on this forum, I'm not one of the people that just post "oh please help, will I pass??". I'm an educated person asking a valid question. I understand how drug tests work and how thc and creatine metabolize, I just don't understand why after a little over 72 hours, my diluted creatinine levels are still very low. My normal levels without diluting are well above 100 (much darker color than the 100mg/dL), so its not that my levels are usually low. My main questions here are 1) would my creatinine level on that test be considered 20? 2) What should I change about my creatine intake to increase the levels more without damaging my kidneys from creatine loading? (ie, amount, brand, different form of creatine).

Instead of altering your creatine intake, why not cut back a bit on the fluid intake and test again?

Since this a job-related U/A, you should consider subbing. Especially so when all efforts to bring your creatinine levels to acceptable limits prove futile.

yeah I thought about subbing but then I thought if I were working in a lab and kept seeing samples with the same exact levels for everything I would get a little suspicious...I shadowed a doctor in the ER and watched how they do toxicology screening at the hospital I will be taking my drug test. They don't just use a simple dipstick for adulteration tests, they stick a probe in the sample and the exact numbers of everything in there pop up on a monitor. That and I am a very thin person with smaller boobs, I'm worried about keeping the bottle at the right temperature because there isn't much chub there to warm it. I also have to take a drug test with a physical, so I don't know how well that would work out.

And just to let people know that are reading this, vitamins, including creatine, aren't regulated by the FDA. This means the companies can fill their capsules with whatever they damn well please. I spent a little more money on GNC creatine, taking the same amount, and my creatinine levels shot through the roof. Creatine powder has the same consistency as dextrose (a type of sugar), and I'm pretty sure some of the unreputable brands just fill it with dextrose. Oh, gotta love the american industries...everyone is just out for money!

Even if a group of samples exhibit the same levels of creatinine, this is not a concern with the labs as long as the creatinine levels dont drop below 20 mg/dL. The labs only care that urine constituents (creatinine, pH, SG, etc) are within the standards mandated by the US Dept of Health & Human Services.

Important edit....when I said that they shot through the roof, I didn't practice my next dilution yet. I had just used the test strip on un-diluted urine and the sqaure was much darker than normal. After practicing diluting again and testing the diluted sample, the levels were still under the limit. Read my other thread for more information. I realize that was not the best thing to say, I was just excited because I thought it had actually worked!

i hope u will not be mad at my being blunt. stop playing with creatine and use a sub and as far as keeping warm well you have a fine warming device in your vagina, i tote the urinater and uh carrying that in your crotch is reason to worry, if i was a girl well, so easy a cavewomen could do it. one final not your being skinny and small boobs only help you metabolize it quicker. really though stop playing with creatine as many labs now use testing for it, but if your hellbent on it these tip will help. 1 you need to flood your body with it that means 5-7 grams per day but you need to workout before loading and you need to use a 100% fruit juice as your delivery mixer, after working out you have a 30 min window to take as your body wants to recover, about 4-6 oz of juice w/creatine grape is good! hope this helps
