Growing a setup with two boxes, ones 4x4x8 (Tall) and another 4x6x4 (Wide) so not a whole lot of space, room for about 4 plants each. What would be the best strains to get to get the most out of the space I have? Something dense, high yield and potency.
Any suggestions?

did you consider SCROG ?(screen of green)
I had very good experience with SCROGing and I am far from being an expert grower. I like this system, because it controls a height of the plants and instead of producing one huge cola on top and the rest of the buds smaller and smaller the closer to the bottom of the plant you go..., you will have all the buds same size (medium size but it depends on the output of your lights...meaning that a 1000 watter will produce buds bigger than as if they were under 400 watt) and usually they nice and dense.
I love white strains and that's what i grew--- white rhino, white widow.
Also I had very good results with mango, ice and Skunk#1.
The only strain that gave me problems was Blueberry, and yield was kind of small, but it was pretty nice to look at(all the blue-black leaves and stuff...) but kind of harsh and hashy taste.
