Clouds on my leaves.....mites ? (pics)

So these cloudy spots started showing up on tops of leaves in random spots on my plants. The cheap magnifier i have doesn't offer much for intensity. I think i can see eggs underneath but nothing moving.

With the research i found i thought it would be best to spray my leaves top and bottom with a 50% water/rubbing alcohol solution. I also got a Hot Shot2 from wal-mart for $5, 4 month odorless Dichlorvos release that i have hanging in the tent.

I'm curious what other input on the clouds and treatment might be.
