Insect Identification SOIL LICE!!!! NO

So what can I do? leave them alone? will they come out of the pot and infest my house and me? Do they eat roots? any comments will help big time, thank you.:D

Use either a dish soap mix or a neem oil mix. Spray them lightly every 3 days or so and they'll be gone.
