Failed One Drug Exam; Got 2 Take Another One; Do u guys know What to do?

Whats up? Alright I applied for this job the other day and to my surprise they called me about 2 hours after I turned in the application. The interview went well and the managers liked me. But to my surprise I had to take a drug exam. The night before this, I took about 5 hits of a joint and the night before that I took about 5 hits. And before that I barely smoked. I only smoke every once in a while. I took the exam by urinating in one of those cups that give instant results by showing lines. The good news is that they said that I barely failed which means that the lines showed that there wasn't a lot of weed in my system. The even better news is that they said that I can take another drug exam next Tuesday which will be exactly 8 days from the time I took the first one.

Other than obviously not smoking what should I do to make sure I'm clean. Will drinking a lot of alcohol like beer, bacardi silver, and gin mixed with lemonade on a frequent daily basis help? Will exercise like running and push-ups to sweat help? Will going to a sauna so I can really sweat help? Also, wold any of u recommend any of those pills or drinks from GNC? And finally, should I use one of those Walgreen at home drug exams to make sure I'm clean? All of your help will be appreciated. I really want to work for this company since they are so cool with there drug exam policies. Not just for that reason, but also because they are understanding and don't look down on people's personal social habits

Oh and by the way, I am 5"10 weigh 185 pounds. I am normal size but I do have some body fat

If it was me I would get a clean urine sample from a friend and sub. Due to the timeline you may be able to get a synthetic sample to sub at a headshop locally. Follow the substitution sticky on how to sub properly. Now since you failed they may want you to give an observed sample so that could be a problem with subbing.
Since you haven't smoked much I think if you follow the dilution sticky to the letter you would probably pass. If I was in your spot I would get a clean sample for subbing and jock it and I would also do the dilution method as a backup. If for some reason you have to be observed due to the failure you can still have a damn good chance with dilution.
The one thing that bothers me about your story is that they said you failed the rapid strip barely. I was under the impression from reading various websites that any faint line showing up is a negative. Now if it was sent out for confirmation you may be high enough to fail. Also get some home tests at CVS or Walgreens and do the dilution method and test yourself. Remember mid-stream collection and at least the third void after you start diluting. Follow the dilution sticky to the LETTER.

Personally I think you failed and they like you enough to bend the rules and give you a second chance. You got some really good advice, follow it. You should start taking the maximum guideline amount for metamucil immediately and if you can get some good cardio workouts going do it. Make sure you stop working out 2-3 days prior to your next test. Also at the same time you stop working out, begin taking a creatine supplement. Its covered in the dillution sticky. The day of the test drink gatorade instead of water and skip the aspirin. Do not drink excess liquor it wont help clean your system. Do not buy any GNC products except for the creatine. Definitely invest in some home tests to see how you are doing and practice dillution prior to the test. Have both synthetic urine and dillution ready to go since you may be observed. Good Luck.

I didn't know metamucil could help. Isn't that the stuff that makes u shit a lot? If thats the case I can see how it can work, since a lot of those fat cells with THC will probably be shiited out as well

you may be luckey if you can dilute by drinking water and exercise to get it out of your system. Unfortunately THC hangs on to the fat cells quite awhile. I have tested myself in the past, now I use to smoke regularly when I did and it took almost 40 days to get it out of my system. Best thing I ever did was buy a Urinator which is battery operated with 9 volts and ST John's synthethic urine when I am going to be tested. Unit keeps it at 98.7 for about 4 hours and the synthethic pee is used to calibrate lab equipment. Has worked every time. Just expensive for the equip, after that the urine isn't too bad. In a rush, I would try to drink a lot of water up to test day and exercise like mad, stay away from fatty foods...

The faintnest of the line has nothing to do with thc levels. A line is a line, even straight water will show a faint line a lot of times. They evidently don't really care about the UA tests, which is good, its just for show.
If you've been a regular smoker you may not be able to pass with just dillution. If you smoke a couple times a week you probably can. Morning of the UA follow the dillution sticky, use gatorade instead of water and don't bother with the aspirin.

I actually haven't been eating too much high fat foods. I only eat about 2 or 3 salami sandwiches a day. Is that OK? What about peanur butter and Jely sandwiches. Will ranch dressing keep the THC from dissolving? And on the day before should I eat a lot of salad and fruits?
