Dilution vs. Substitution

I have an unobserved employment urine test upcoming and was considering using Quick Fix or the Dilution method. My test is in less than a week and I just found out about it (smoked earlier 2day).

For those of you who have gone through this process, under these circumstances which option would you utilize?

Thanks, thats what I thought.

I'll still do dilution as a backup in case there is a problem w/ the substitution.
