Need some advice on my first ever plant.

Hi,

I planted some seeds 3/4 months ago and the plant is now 21" tall.

I have no idea whether its a male or female, how it's looking and what's gonna happen with it (will it bud)???

Any advice anyone can offer would be great..... i'm attaching four pictures.

looks like a female to me. Yes it will bud if there is enough warm time in your outdoor location

when the days get shorter then you will start to see preflowering. maybe at the end of august the day will get shorter. to force it, put a black trash bag over it to give it 12 hours of light this will help to see if its a female.

Dude just dont throw a bag over your plant, you might kill it and you don't want that. Find a thread on it or ask a pro on here. Im no expert, but i read alot and i wouldnt do that.

Maybe just top it. Read how in the QUESTION section. Its called "FAQs". Then it will get more branches and that makes more buds. Then just let er grow man. If i can help in any way look me up. I might not know the answer, but can help ya find it:D:rasta:

you might want to do something about those bugs chomping on your leaves like that!!! neem oil or something else organic. do some research you'll find something suitable.

Also find some bloom nutrients for flowering. Some that are lower in nitrogen and higher in phosphorus and potassium. Once you can tell sex and they stat flowering give them that. The fact that it is 3/4 months old and is only that tall I would assume you havent been feeding it?

No its months...i think its just over 3 now....I haven't really paid major attention to it to be honest...i planted the seeds in fresh soil (with other plants in garden) and just wanted to see how it went....now it seems to be going well i'm putting attention into it. I've not been feeding it as of yet but i will do. Also we've been having terrible weather which i think could have stunted growth.....

MDFinest i've put some pellets down now the slugs seemed to have eased of.

I read that you can force it to start flowering by giving it a 36 hour dark period. However you cover it up to achieve this is up to you.
