Ok I'm about 2 weeks from harvest and I kind of want to clip a little off now dry it and test it. The trichs are about 100% cloudy so I know it won't be the best high just wanna check the taste. I just don't know where to clip it. I'm thinking maybe one of the little popcorn budsites near the bottom just trim it off dry and cure it for a few weeks so I can try it as the other stuff cures.
It won't hurt your plant to clip some buds off. Just don't go at her with a chain saw. :D
You might consider flushing a little more before you snip a test bud, might be harsh at this point.
No need to dry and wait a week you could taste it now.
Just take a small popcorn bud and place in a vaporizer whip, and vape. You'll get a true taste of what you have growin' there.
