Does anyone know whats the deal?
First off, there are no two MJ plants alike, no matter what the genetics. Now, of course, the more stable lines may show only slight differences, but MJ is just like a human being. No two are the same, even if from the exact same parents (ie, sisters and brothers).
Second, if you both have the exact same strain and the plants are significantly different, then look to the environment. Even if the two plants were in the same yard, it doesn't mean that the environment is the same. The difference between the north side of a house and the south side are tremendous. Are either of the plants located on a slope? What about wind direction? How about water flow and drainage? How about sun exposure, do the plants get the exact same length and quality of sunlight? ...... You get my drift.
