The Pure Aka Original Skunk #1
I recently went to Amsterdam and brought some seeds back with me. I got ten Original Skunk #1 seeds. I sprouted 4 in a paper towel 3 days ago and now the sprouts have been planted two per cup. They should probably sprout in 2 or 3 days. In the time i would love to soak up any knowledge. Any growing tips, plant issues, nutrients used.
For my grow which i will be doing outside... even though it's kind of late. I will be using bat guano: Mexican (veg.), Jamaican(beginning flowering), Indonesian(end flowering).

The "original Skunk #1" has been around for awhile. You should be able to find a wealth of information just by searching.
I've grown it. I found nothing unusual about its requirements, just normal MJ cultivation.
Since you are using organics, you might want to check the organic growing forum for information.
Good Luck.

Thank a bunch.
I have a question though.... they will probably only be able to veg for a month (august) and then naturally go into flowering... should i fim, top, lst... or train the plants in any way or just let them go natural and hope for a big main cola?
I have a random strain that i sprouted about 3, 4 weeks ago and i fimmed it 2 days ago... ill see how good i am at that. I was thinking if i fimmed each of the plants on the 3rd set or leaves once it would be fine for this season.

I've let them grow naturally before. Christmas tree shape, approx 3.5 ft. tall. I've also topped and LSTed them, works OK, but I didn't see that it did a lot for the yield.
I hope you like your Skunk #1, I didn't like it that all that much. She's now gone from the stable.

MPLS: no its going to be outside... i know its really late for outdoors but rabbits ate my patch of plants i had growing then i went to Europe so i got backtracked big time. Im only planting 4 outside and then the other 6 were going to germinate and get a mother plant for a hydro system...
Vaped: i have also read that its not very skunk but very satifying with the yields, sweetness, and the flowering times only 8 weeks. It is a cross between: (Acapulco Gold(sativa) x Afghan(Indica)) x (Columbian Gold(Sativa) so it's 75 % sativa 25% indica.
Crabby: I would like to train them somehow but im not sure if it would work with the little amount of time i have until the end of season...

I don't grow outside. My experiences are all indoors under lights with commercial nutes.
You can train all the way into flowering.

Crab- I'm starting the plant right not inside and transplanting it outside... so do you think i should just let it grow and maybe lst or something that doesnt stress it enough to slow its growth down. Fimming the plants or topping would probably only stunt growth and a little over a month the plants will be flowering.

Why do you want to do anything to it? Are you going to have a space problem?
The reason I go to the trouble of training like I do is because I have to grow within the constraints of an artificial, indoor environment. I use small lights which means I can't let them get too tall, otherwise I have no yield. You should have none of these issues growing outside in a natural environment.
If you are going to transplant outside, I would assume you have a good place for it. If the plant is growing well, I wouldn't mess with it. Outside she should get all the air and light that she needs, so you should have no need to alter her structure.
I greatly caution you to acclimate that indoor plant to the outside before you do a wholesale move with her. You can kill a plant real easy doing that.
All IMO - I don't grow pot outside ;)
