Probation.. Medical state/ county card

Hi everyone.. Semi new to this site, finally made a name.. I'm on formal probation for a non-drug related offense. And recently I got ordered to start random drug testing 4 times a month.. My P.O. Originally was letting me smoke cause I had my referal. Then they switched my PO and he told I had to get clearence from the court in a minute order.. So I go to court , request to see my judge and when I get to the top floor there's a note that all matters with my judge are being held with another judge. So I'm bi-polar 2, which is basically severe depression, manic behavior, and insomnic. The public pretender tells me it should be no problem.. :wtf: anyhow.. This ass judge is handing out 6 month violations like nothing. So I'm trippin thinking I should come back to see my judge.. But they call me up and the judge tells me this is a scam for people to smoke weed, and unless I have cancer.." NO!"

I go back to court in a couple months for probation report, and am in the process of trying to obtain my LA county, state card and plan on having my lawyer present then. Does anyone have any experince with this and/ or advice?? I've been told that with a lawyer, no drug convictions, and a state card I should be able to medicate how I choose and not have to take so many pills. And how long does it take to get my card?? ThNks.. Sorry if spelling sucks, on my iPhone and it's taken forevereeer to type this up. Blaze one for me as I am one week without my trees and am not thrilled o:(
