Please help. Question about working with Medical Marijuana

hey guys! I'm a college student who is very strongly considering transferring to Humboldt university next year after I save up some money. I was just wondering how easy it really is to find a job working with pot. I have no growing experience, although when i get to Cali that will be one of the first things I do. But how about assisting someone grow? or being a trimmer? or working in a dispensary? I'll pretty much take anything as long as it is within the legal state boundaries. It would be most helpful in my planning if someone could tell me how to get a job like this, and how much they are usually paid. Sorry if this isn't in the right section
