What is this?
On several of my plants I have a bug that starting to piss me off. I think it's a mealybug but I've never encountered them before. Need a second opinion and some ideas on simple measures to get rid of them. They look like little, bout the size of a nickel-quarter fluffy white mold spots, then you go to inspect them and a piece of the mold starts moving to avoid you, it even jumps, lol. This is funny now, but I'm feeling this is going to become a big problem. Neem oil burned my plants, so I'm wary of it, could I use a small amount of rubbing alcohol on these nickel sized areas? I believe when the large bug moves, the rest of the "mold" is really just tiny bugs. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What is this?
Leaf Hoppers I think.
I sprayed with alcohol and burned mosquito coils in my closet. If they get going they will ruin your ladies.

What is this?
That looks very close to them. Thanks, so I guess I'll have to hit em' while it's a small problem. I know there are many different varieties of leafhoppers, but these appear different than the colorful little buggers that bounce around my garden. War it is, lol.

What is this?
Yes they vary like moths many varities.
Its kinda freaky when you think its some type of web or nest and you touch it and it starts walking.

thanks for the great pictures, man, that's 100% definitely them. Did rubbing alcohol harm your plants at all? I mean it dries fast, I just don't want to burn the heck out of my plants. thx

What is this?
It didn't seem to hurt them, I diluted it with Peroxide too. Only sprayed directly on the infestations.
You can hang up some of the tacky strips that catch flies, they help also.

What is this?
Isopropyl alcohol is a great substance to use for killing a number of annoying pests. It doesn't hurt the plants one bit even when it isn't dilluted.
I hope this helps. Kill those little bastards before they do some damage!

Isopropyl alcohol is good for the kill! :D It evaporates fast and is harmless to your babies. Just don't over do it.
