So i'm wondering, I got the herbal clean qcarbo32 and some cranberry juice. I plan to drink that and tons of water. What do you think about if i've smoked today and my test is tomorrow? Help! I'm also a habitual smoker everyday multiple times so.....help me out.
You are basically dilluting your sample so don't waste your time with the qcarbo32 just follow the dillution sticky, take out the aspirin and sub gatorade for water. If you can not stop smoking long enough to give yourself a chance for dillution then you should look into subbing ASAP.
