Hello all fellow Pennsylvanian's. Hows the cultivation success going for you? As I know it is going fairly decent for me living in the Gettysburg area.

Don't get caught. When I got busted for indoor in Pa. the judge told me to do my gentleman farming with another crop!!!! :D That was a few years back, and I was basically forced to plead guilty under the threat of jail time in a county jail. Two years probation and $1000 fine. All over and done with now. I relocated to a medically friendly state. Good luck, and I hope Pa passes a law. Maybe next year, but I'm never going back except to visit relatives and family. :thumbsup:Quote:

Not really a break, it was a felony. Cultivation of ten plants and under in Pa is a misdomeanor, but they charged me with intent to distribute, not the cultivation law which isn't as bad. If I get stopped, and they run my name it will pop up and then I'm suspected, thought I paid my price it doesn't go away. :mad:Quote:
