Anyone tell me what light this is and if it's any use?

I'm a noob just growing for the first time 1 plant 5 days old just in the window so far however now having read all this I realise I need to get it in some kind of grow space and get some proper constant lighting on it.

I'm about to go buy some lights and sort things out but I was taking a look in the empty shop/workshop space below my flat and discovered the place had some pretty powerful lighting. I can't grow in there as the land lord could go in there at any time but I could make use of a light or two.

Could one of you light experts pass comment on these lights and let me know how useful they are?

It doesn't give me all the info on it that has been mentioned in other threads, just that it's a 300W light and 240/250v also says T/H though I don't know what that means.

That's a TH. Tungsten/Halogen.
They make lousy grow lights.
Poor spectral spread, too much heat.
Better off to buy a metal halide or a high pressure sodium vapor, or even Fluorescent lights.
