Wow, a judge actually ruled JUSTLY! I think I'm going to have a heart attack. Poor cops... now they can't sell your herb to buy more riot gear and patrol cars. Boo hoo.

Congrats, sir. Happy to see that "justice" can still be achieved in a United States court of law. LOL @ the D.A. having to say that they don't "agree" with your own property being returned. I know it's a technical thing, and that the D.A.'s office might be seen as biased or leanient with the law, but nonetheless it's still funny to see him have to disassociate himself from the "Evil Reefer."

let me guess, you got pulled over, they smelled it, and decided the medical card didn't mean anything and that they would just take your pot as if the medical law didn't exist... shit like that makes me not care when cops get shot, bunch of fucking thugs.
