So one year ago in july. I got a MIC. Charges dropped to parefenillia (however you spell it)
And then on may 28th of this year I got Driving Without a License, Cracked Winshield, and Miss Matched Plates.
I have court on august 11th of this year and I was wondering if you think I'll get probation. And if I have my medical license by then would i be able to smoke or not because of U.A's.
Any Info would help.

hey bud there is a form to fill out that may get your po to allow you to use your medicine.
not sure what its called but its there.
I still think that your po has the ultimate say as to your ability to use your medicine.
and yes most likely you will get probation for that offense, at the most depending on your previous driving record they might give you weekends or 30 days but thats a worst case there.
