Eastern Northern Hemisphere, lampposts, spring water and other newbie??s questions

Although I??m an ??oldie? smoker (~20 years :jointsmile:) I just got addicted to growing.
I spent the last two months gaining growing education, buying equipment and of course getting some seeds.:D
So, finally 3 weeks ago I germinated my first seeds ?? Lowryder2 and Arjan's Ultra Haze #2 both feminized (didn??t want to mess with sexing in my first grow)
I bought all what??s needed to grow indoors ?? but wifey's pressure made me start with guerrilla growing (maybe a nice homemade bug will calm her down).
I found a nice ??stealth? location full with vegetation, near a spring just below a major highway.
I dug some holes and filled them with a nice soil-less mix with lots of peat-moss to retain water (it easily gets here around 100 F during summer).
I kept the seedling indoors for 2 weeks and then transplanted the LR2 ?? she is about a week in her new location and looks like she is happy.
The AUH2 is still indoors ?? looking good and I plan to transplant it next week. I also plan to LST it to keep it in low profile.
I have lots of questions and probably will have many more ?? your help is most appreciated.
1. I??m located in the Eastern Northern Hemisphere. I saw in Greenhouse-Seeds site that AHU2 should be ready to harvest by mid November in the Northern Hemisphere. But I??m not sure what does it mean for my location.
I compared my location??s sunset and sunrise times with the Amsterdam??s and found out that while in Amsterdam the day last for more then 16 hours in July and gets to less then 9 hours by mid November, here the day last for 14 hours in July and get to 10.5 hours in mid November.
What should I expect ?? will it take longer or shorter? Will it affect my yield? Is it a dumb question and it doesn??t really matter??:wtf:
Same goes for the LR2 ?? I see that all indoors growers (who don??t have a nervous wife) keep on the lights for at least 18 hours, while my outdoors LR2 will only get 14 max ?? will it decrease the yield?
2. Water ?? my tap water has lots of scale in it ?? it takes only a week or so for a clean electric kettle to get coated with fur. Water comes out form the tap with PH of 7.8 and if I leave them out for a day or two they can easily climb up to above 8.
As I mentioned my growing site is located near a nice little spring ?? water are accumulated to a 3X3X6 ft pool with PH level of 7.4. So I thought I would use it for irrigation ?? however it stinks like an aquarium ?? it got lots of algae in it and I even saw several ??water worms? break-dance in it.
I don??t have a ppm meter but I believe that the water spouts clean and it gets its stink in that pool.
Can I use it for my cannabis? Will my buds smell like fish shit?
3. I know I??m far away from harvest but it keeps on bothering me ?? how do you flush outdoors plants? I read that the rule of thumb indoors will be to use water 3 times the amount of your container ?? it can be a challenge when your container is planet Earth?
4.Growing location is near a highway that is illuminated with (HPS?) lampposts ?? I didn??t check my planting location in the dark ?? but I guess a bit of the light does get in the planting location ?? for sure they will not be in total darkness.
Can it screw my AUH2 flowering?
