Another Plant Problem

I have a plant growing in Ocean Forrest by Foxfarm. All was going well, but I am starting to see some leaves with brown spots. I am not sure it is a nutrient problem or a pest. This is an outdoor plant.

12) Any additives or tea's? (Superthrive, CalMag, molasses, Mother's Earth...)
13) Are your ph levels stable, or do they fluctuate?
14) What is your ingoing water's ph? ...your runoff ph?
15) Do you foliar feed? If so, with what, how often, and at what time do you spray?
