Buying bud in Toronto

Hey guys,

I'm from Canada but haven't been there in a few years. I'm going to Toronto and wanted to buy bud. I've searched the forum and Kensington Market seems to come up as well as some random streets, but that you can't buy in any of the cafes as they'll kick you out. So do I just go to random people on the street and ask if they know someone? Also do quarter ounces usually go for 50 around the area? I'm kinda anxious about getting jipped. Thanks for the help guys, pretty excited to visit my old city again.
