It depends on your time frame for taking a UA. The more time, the better. For dillution to have its best chance of success you need to abstain from smoking. The more THC in your system, the longer you should abstain. Going on a high fiber diet, exercising to burn fat and taking metamucil will help rid the body of thc metabolites a little quicker. Also your own body metabolism, height, weight and % of body fat all will factor in.
I was a daily smoker for 1 1/2 yrs. About 1 joint a day. I am 5'11", 195 lbs with a pretty good metabolism, fairly active. For an upcoming UA I abstained from smoking, ate a high fiber diet, exercised and took metamucil. I was passing home tests at 50ng/ml a week later with dillution. I was passing home tests without dillution consistently in about 3 weeks.
Everybody is different and my results will not be yours. Buy some test strips on line, abstain and practice dillution on yourself to see what time frame works for you. Read up on the dillution sticky. If time is not on your side read up on the substitution sticky.
