call the police, tell 'em the illegal drugs your were trying to purchase through the mail (most likely crossing state lines) never reached you, and you fear you've been riped off.
but really id say post the persons screen name and or web site to let others know, and you'll just have to deal with the money loss.
i had the same shit, i i mailed a money order to onepercent.com, those fuckers, i put a return address on it so either the mail lost it or onepercent.com kept my fucking money, unless you know ordering from a place will yield something don't do it. in case you wonder what ordered salvia. any else ordered from there and been fucked over:(
