That is incorrect. Firstly, it's 24 ounces, not 26. The operative word in the law is the word AND. You are allowed 15 plants of any maturity AND 24 ounces.
Let me also say officially that I am looking to start up a network of providers and patients for the Seattle area and beyond. All those in favor speak up!! And let me know if you're a provider or a patient (I'm a provider).
