How do you mix up your nutrients?
I have a very small grow room. Two, maybe three plants flowering tops. Therfore, I don't need to mix up much fertilizer.
I currently mix my nutrients within one gallon distilled water jugs. Put on the lid, shake the hell out of it, pour some off, test pH, adjust, re-fill, repeat until desired pH.
Is there a better way? A more convenient container that can be washed and won't accumulate fert salts on the inside? Should I be agitating the mix more?

Have you thought about the larger watering cans with the removable end or even smaller plastic petrol canisters?
I use a reservoir so basically half fill it with water then i disconnect the pump from the pots (its basically just circulating around the res) and add half my nutrients (Canna Part A), fill some more water and then put the rest in with Part B). I leave the water to circulate for a little while and check the PH and adjust as necessary. Once i get it where i want i connect the setup back up and off she goes!!

The gasoline containers sound interesting. The opening would be large enough (remove the spout) to fit my pH tester in but still convenient for pouring onto the soil. I do grow in soil and probably should have mentioned that! :)

The jugs once held distilled water I needed to re-fill our cars' cooling system. I don't use distilled water for mixing my nutrients, but I do use RO (very hard well water...250+TDS)

ahh kk was just curious, didnt understand why you wanted water without the O2 hehe. BtW the only thing on a car that needs distilled water is the battery (mechanic by trade)
