Need some help!

:jointsmile:alright so i started my plants about 3 weeks ago an there about an 1 1/2in tall, the problem is im not sure whats wrong with them, there all yellow an greenish, but more yellow. my grow is outdoors and i have dug holes in the earth and replaced the dirt with bagged soil. Also the dirt i had dug up contained corn fertilizer(corn field mabey):rastasmoke, so to my knowlegde a high (N) level. Ive also added a 20 20 20 fertilizer but it was very watered down. so wuts the problem????please help!:jointsmile::hippy:
