My Dillution Log-for people who want to see a specific example

My stats: Female, 5'7", 120lb, inactive, average bong smoker. Last smoked last night...
Creatine supplement used: Weider creatine capsules (creatine monohydrate powder capsules)
Vitamin B supplement used: Spring Valley Natural B (735% B12 in 1 pill)

9/16/09 Took 4 creatine supplement pills (about 3.5 grams)
9/17/09 Took 4 creatine supplement pills and 2 Vitamin B supplements
9/18/09 11:00am tested normal urine. Normal creatinine level was above 100mg/dL, normal sg (specific gravity) 1.015. THC tested positive.
11:05am: Drank 8 oz gatorade frost (light blue)
11:15am: 8oz more gatorade, 2 Vitamin B
11:30am: 16 oz gatorade
11:42am: first voided urine-light yellow
11:45am: 8 oz gatorade
11:55am: Urinated. Bright yellow in color. Creatinine b/w 10 and 20 mg/dL. SG 1.005. THC tested negative (very light line)
12:02am: 8 oz gatorade
12:15am: Urinated. Bright yellow in color. Creatinine=10mg/dL, S.G. 1.005. THC tested negative (very light line)
12:25am: Urinated. Same test results as above.
12:42am: Urinated. Same test results as above.

So far, I can conclude that drinking gatorade does indeed help keep up the S.G. of Urine, and taking 1470% DV of Vitamin B2 will keep the urine yellow. However, I would advise taking more than the recommended dosage for your weight on the creatine bottle. For people under 150 lbs, the bottle said to take 4, but it appears this isn't enough to keep my creatinine level up in the diluted urine. I will double my dosage today and for the next 2 days and update this. I have heard that it takes 24-72 hours for the creatine to metabolize into creatinine depending on the person, which could be the reason the levels are still low, it has been about 50 hours. I will retest tommorrow, and retest again during the weekend. It should also be noted that since I started taking the creatine supplement, I have had 4 servings of salmon and a medium-well steak.

Also I do not want to sound preachy but did you last smoke on 6/17/09? If this opportunity was important to me then I would cut out the weed to increase my chances of passing a UA. I did that for my opportunity and will be able to start up again in the next week or so, confident that my drug testing days for the near future are no longer an issue.

I am very intigued with your log however and will look for future postings.

Lol, yes I meant 6 instead of 9 and I added an "l" to dilution on accident. I noticed that too, but I'm kind of new to this community and couldn't figure out how to go back and edit the posting. And yes, I had last smoked on the 17th, I did it that way because I have seen so many people on these forums freaking out saying "OMG I'm not gonna pass my drug test, I smoked last night". 48 oz of fluid is enough to dilute my urine to the point where the concentration of metabolites was below the threshold. This doesn't mean it will be enough for everyone, I just wanted to provide a specific example. That and I didn't have a guaranteed drug test that day, I was going to fill out paperwork for a new job, and had a chance of being tested, so I figured it was a good day to try out the dilution method. I ended up not being tested, and I'm starting a new job on Monday =)
And just so people know how I feel about this, I don't think that smoking weed every day ruins everyone's life, it affects you the way you want it to. I smoke every day, and currently have a 3.94 GPA as a Biology and Chemistry major lol. I have 9 generations of doctors in my family, and all of them either did drugs or drank a ridiculous amount....It doesn't cause me to lose my motivation or hinder my learning. I think its all in your head and people just use it as an excuse for being lazy or going nowhere in their life because they don't want to accept the fact that it is them, not the drugs, that caused them to end up where they are.

I followed the same procedure as yesterday, and my creatine levels are still too low. I'll keep taking 8 pills a day and try again on Sunday.

Here's the update...

I took 4 creatine pills each day on the 16th and 17th, then 8 creatine pills on the 18th-20th.....

6/21/09-Last smoked 4 bowls on the 20th.
11:00am: Took 2 Vitamin B complex pills with 16 oz of gatorade
11:15am: 8 oz gatorade
11:32am: 16 oz gatorade
11:35am: First urine-very light, didn't test
11:45am: 8 oz gatorade
11:52am: Second urine-bright yellow, creatinine slightly darker than the 20mg/dL indication...YAY! S.G. 1.005. THC negative.
Urinated 9 times total with same stats. At 3:17, the urine tested positive for THC.

This is for informational purposes only, I cannot guarantee that it will work the same way for you because everyone's body is different. I just wanted to post something so people can see a real life example of the dilution method in the sticky and know that it has indeed worked for someone. Maybe its just me, but as far as dilution goes, it doesn't seem to matter how long ago you smoked....in both examples, the THC strips read negative after smoking the night before...Based on my experience, I would advise you to double the recommended creatine dosage on the back of the bottle (assuming you have pure creatine monohydrate and not a mixture) to be sure that the levels are high enough.

what brand of test are you using?

Wow, I'm sorry, I disappeared for a while! I just used the really cheap dipsticks on ebay, they are less than a dollar each and are just as accurate as the 30 dollar tests. Brand doesn't make a difference, they all detect 50ng/ml or more, which is the same strength of the tests in the testing facility.

I'm gonna do this one more time. Had an interview on Monday and at the end they said "well, there is no reason we wouldn't hire you", showed me the nursing schedule, and told me when orientation is. I asked if I was done with my paperwork and they said I should get a call back this week to come do a drug test and health screen. I've been taking 8 pills of creatine monohydrate for about a week now expecting to have a drug test. I'll let you guys know how it goes.

any further success with your creatinine levels? I am trying to figure out how much to take and am concerned about the low creatinine levels even when taking a good amount of creatine supplement.
