weeds in the garden

Now my folks moved to new place in the city they where able to find a nice place with a small yard, I came to visit them one morning and I got a whiff of a pleasant aroma from some medical herbs. Now these herbs have grow quit well with out human intervention and there well hidden from prying eyes, I know my parents would not even dare plants these herbs, so im guessing these plant where a gift left by the previous attendants. the place has cops driving by every 20 min and there station a mile and half away.

So Im asking what should be done with weeds in the garden, and what are the legal repercussion if nothing is done and the plants are found out?

Time to take up gardening. I'm sure your folks would be well impressed by you volunteering to weed the garden! what a find nice one.
But on a more serious note I doubt the cops would buy the "well I just moved here and they were already here" excuse..

If they're grown yank them, if not, finish the grow and kill everything.:thumbsup:
