New grow

Hi ive just started a new grow havent grown i a few years.
Got some lemon skunk grown from seeds 400w hps The light is on 24-7 Never tryed this before see how works ........... Has any1 tryed this before and does the plants need a rest. I have 125MM carbon filter with extractor fan. 5ml terra grow.Plaragon soil with perlite.70-100f but that was with no extractor so it will cool down when i put the ducting into the loft

did you get a handle on the temps?

also your light is way too far away from your seedlings. to get a good idea of how close to keep it put your hand under it where your plants are. you should be able to keep it there for five seconds before it gets too hot. back it off a tad bit from there. this will keep your plants from stretching.

Ive sorted the light i have just put a large box under it. It feels right Temp is 80f 30% hummidity....

Does any know if i can spray a co2 fire extinguisher every so ofter in the grow room...
