Pics of cfl grow, would like opinions and advice?
Pretty much a first time CFL grower, tried a couple of times but all ended up to be malesss... im using this massive 4500 lumen CFL plus (2) smaller 45w cfls and im gonna be adding another 45w in a day or two. its been about 2 weeks since i turned the lights back to 12/12 and everything looks so awesome but i can never find any good pictures of just regs (mids)... SOOO i thought id post a couple pics of my plant for all of you to freely criticize and give advice on.... thnx? :rastasmoke:

Looking pretty good....
As a fellow CFL'er, I have two comments:
1) I would possibly revert back to 24/0 lighting, in order to veg them out a little bit more, possibly like 2 weeks. Although I don't know the dimensions of your grow area.
2)The soil looks like it has poor drainage. If you decide to transplant or for you next grow, I would mix in 20-25% perlite to help that.
Sounds like you have plenty of light for this one plant, and I like your LST'ing; a must for CFL grows.
GOOD WORK!

Thanks for the advice dude, just one thing, im not too crazy about yield for this plant since iv been through months and months of trying to get things right and getting a female so is it cool if i jus keep it on 12/12 or is it going to seriously seriously reduce the final yield?

Looks good! Your hard work is starting to pay off :)
No need to switch light cycles, could cause hermies, I think (?)...
Definitely look into some perlite for next time

I definitely understand where you're coming from! You will still be happy with the yield if you continue flowering w/o interruption.
like bigtopsfinn said, depending on the strain, it could stress the plant out to revert to veg
I'm curious as to what nutes (if any) you are using for flowering.

i would have let them get a little bigger before flowering, just advice for next time cause i wouldnt go back to veg at this point in the grow

thanks alot to everyone for all the advice and whatnot... and about the nutes, i honestly couldnt even tell u what they are lol like i said i jus threw some miracle grow potting soil in a pot wit a seed, not tryin to get too technical with this one, but def on the next plant unless some1 could briefly explain what nutes are? im takin a guess at nutrients?

Nutrients is correct  Miracle Grow has nutes in it already, but they last only a month or so. Also the buffers in the soil will run out, dropping the ph. Eventually you will have to get nutrients, you just need the appropriate bloom (flowering) nutes for now. Might as well get a ph pen (Milwaukee $25) and ph up and down at the same time.
From what I understood, you just planted the seed in that pot you have now? Definitely re-pot a couple times next time. http://boards.cannabis.com/basic-gro...ency-baby.html
