State Probation Drug Test On June 11th

Hello, as you can all see I'm new here. I've read a good bit of the stickies and other threads, but I still have some questions.

I was at a party Thursday night/Friday morning. Everyone was completely hammered, including myself. We had a hookah burning tobacco all night, and I indulged a bit. Well, someone decided it would be a good idea to put some marijuana in it. Well, I walk to where the hookah was and took a huge hit not knowing that I was inhaling marijuana and not tobacco , I was one shot away from being blackout drunk at that point. Well, I realized within a second of exhaling that I had just inhaled something I shouldn't have. The inhalation occurred at about 3:00 Friday morning (Today). I immediately started to freak out and my girl and I left.

Well, I got home about an hour after taking the hit, and hopped in the hot tub thinking I could maybe sweat it out, don't laugh, I was in a messed up state of mind. So after about 2 hours of sweating my you-know-what off, I got out, took a shower and went to bed. I woke up about noon and immediately started drinking copious amounts of water and have urinated about once every hour since. I've also eaten alot of chicken and beef for lunch and dinner.

I'm 21 years old. I weigh about 145 pounds and am 6'-1", I would imagine that my percentage of body fat is less than 5%. I'm also what you would call an extreme couch potato, lazy as can be. The only physical activities I partake in is sex with my girl, and bar tending about 40 hours a week. I do drink quite a bit when I go to parties, which is about once or twice a week. I also smoke about 2 packs of menthol cigarettes a week.

I used to smoke what I consider to be a large amount of medical grade marijuana, at least an ounce a week smoked via papers and blunts for about 5 years. I haven't smoked since August of 08. I've been on probation since January 21st, and have taken only one test, which I passed with flying colors. I have a test this Thursday, June 11th. I noticed that the Probation Officer uses some sort of test strip/stick, that he dips in the cup of urine. It's a near instant result. I do urinate while he watches, and he does watch intensively, so urine substitution is out of the question.

Thanks for reading all of this I know I wrote a lot, I'm just very nervous and want to make sure every bit of information is posted. If I fail this drug test I will receive an automatic 1 year sentence in county jail, I've already done 6 months, I don't want to do a year. I know I made a huge mistake so please don't tell me what I already know. Any and all help/advice is much appreciated.

Only one hit in the last few months you should be good. Don't drink a bunch of fluids now.
Drink about 30 ounces of gatorade the morning of the UA
Pee 3 or 4 times
Use your midstream piss.

You should be fine. Getting stoned once from a clean system is usually out of your system in 2-4 days.
