Vegation Time Outdoors!

I've grown many outdoor grows but this year we have had so much rain in our area & they been growing around 6 weeks now and i was worried they weren't going to make it.I went to check on them couple weeks ago & they seem to have took off & there around foot tall now & i topped them all.I have 4 different kinds growing & there all started from fenimized seeds,my main question is will 14 weeks of vegation be enough to get them to there full growth.Last year i had no problems & had 2 out of 6 that was around 11 foot tall.So i'm hoping with vegatation going until august around here and flowering until october that should be pleanty of grow time.Some of the plants will start there flowering in july tho & some in august i'm starting the plant food today so i'm hoping they come out good with all the time & effort i have put into them!
