A little curious about the direction this site is taking...

I love this site, and all of the responsible mmj members it was intended to cater to...but lately it seems that the focus of the site has attracted...well...all but the intended demographic. And normally I would never speak ill of a site sponsor...

But now we get the cartoon little naked hooker-doll pimping seeds to a supposedly adult audience? Again...? Please tell me, is this ad aimed at pedophiles or children...? Wasn't this removed from the site last year because of member's response?

Either way...it's inappropriate and not something one would expect to see on a site attempting to cater to those mmj users responsible and mature enough to seek cannabis help from medical professionals...or do we now cater to back-alley dealers, and junior high students that might find this ammusing...? Move-over Joe Camel. :wtf:

I think people who don't like nudity have issues. Maybe a body image issue or a bad childhood where they had to live in fear that they might see a naked body and God would come down and squash there head like a little pimple. What ever the reason it is usually fabricated. Nothing wrong with seeing a beutiful woman or man"s(depending on which way you swing) body. I don't get offended I get jealous because I was born with bad genes.lol

I have no problems at all with a naked body. You didn't see me sit-up an complain about the LegalBuds.com ad, now did y'all...? However, I do take exception when a young child is portrayed or depicted as being in the nude for ANY ad campaign.
Cartoon representation or photographed child porn...it's still scum, and a powerfully subversive image for a supposedly medical cannabis site that wants itself to endear itself to the canna-masses.

First of all Rusty, you need to chill out. I just saw a thread where AGAIN you pushed the edge by calling someone lazy for the way they posted a plant problem. While I do agree that telling people to look back on certain thread pages instead of doing more work themself, that doesn't give you any right to call them lazy. You could have told them everything you said without the lazy or any other personal attack.

I didn't get that ad until I logged out and viewed the forum as a guest. Do other members get that ad when logged in or do you get it just as guests?

While you have many friends or fans, do you know how many members and that includes many senior members, are upset with your attitude on the board? I have seen this ad beforebut it was alomst 2 years ago. If others are seeing it, then I would like to hear about this. Again, as a mod my pages are slightly different and until I logged out, I didn't see it again until about 30 minutes ago.

Actually, I was calling his method of linking to his growlog in an effort to get us to answer unasked questions, lazy, and suggested he fill-out the troubleshooting form. If calling his actions lazy, means I'm calling him lazy by extention...then guilty as charged. :thumbsup: (he never mentioned the problem(s) in his post, nor the growlog, unless you want to go back a few pages and read-up on his thread)

I think you've gone a little over the top with the title of this thread and I do understand your concerns. However, you are going about it the wrong way, a theme you have been repeating.

There's two sides to the legalization war, the government who wants to control what we can and can't put in our bodies and the lies and the persecution and there's those of us who understand that marijuana is all that is good and pure in this world. Why fight with people who are on the same side as you constantly.
