I like to wait until the roots are large enough to hold the soil in place during transplant. I reason that when the soil is loose and it falls off the root hairs get ripped off with it. I also figure that crowded roots colonize the new soil more eagerly because they are that much more excited to get out of jail. ;)

So they are just starting to touch the bottom and they are bout a half of inch long...So maybe i should wait untill they get bigger right!! I really dont like to transplant because i think that it shocks the plant....But i was told from alot of people that its way better for the plant to grow them up from there size small then medium and so on....So when they get big enough and out grow the plastic cups i will transplant them...They are only 5 days old and they are on 24/7 for the past 5 days...I was thinking of letting them get about 4 or 6 hour rest tonight what do you think or should i just leave them the way they are??? Thanks for answering the question for me it helps!!!

lighting schedules are a matter of great debate here.
One thing I can tell you though, don;t just randomly give them dark cycles on certain days.
pick a schedule and stick to it... the common ones are 18/6 20/4 and 24/0
