Looking for the best location for a head/hemp shop

Hi I'm a business student as of right now graduating next year, and my fiance and I are planning on moving to California to start up a head/hemp store. we would be selling mostly tobacco products (pipes, bongs, hookahs etc.) and fashionable hemp made clothing along with other hemp products (although we would primarily deal with hemp clothing). unfortunately our location is undecided and we are hoping for some feedback on were the best location in California would be to start our shop. Any input and suggestions would be very much appreciated. :jointsmile:
