Acetaminophen and Ibuprofen are different substances. The recommended dosage of acetaminiophen is 2000mg, ibuprofen is 200-400mg and some prescription forms come in 800mg.

I don't like to be a dick and tell people to use fucking common sense but at least once a month or so it seems we get somebody on here who wants to get high from smoking tylenol or taking motrin, sudafed or cough medicine that contains active ingredients besides dxm.
