Has anyone ever seen this? Buds growing on leaves

I guess she is a mutant. The main cola grew buds on her leaves. Anyone know why?

Is this common?. I have not seen it before.

i'm having the same issue, sorry to drag up old posts but if the original poster is still about, did u have any problems with that finished plant as i am currently growing a mutant
